We offer diferent types of rooms but our Apartaments have a full kitchen, living room, dinning room and a bedroom with all is comodities. We're really close to the beach up to a no more than a 5 minute walk.

The staff were fantastic. Leslie at front desk could not be more helpful and friendly!! Needed several simple.thibgs addressed when we checked in and everyone was so happy to help and everything was dealt with quickly!!

Four night stay was ok.
Staff and especially the long-term guests who were Friendly, kind and helpful. Room size was nice. There is a nice lobby area to sit and relax, also a computer room and gym. Location is not far to walk to beach and across highway is Versailles area with lovely restaurants.
Bed, although King size was old (sloped on both sides) hard and creaky springs. No mini fridge to keep your water cold. The included breakfast is very inadequate- a serving of yogurt & granola, a dry sweet bun or sliced bread to make your own toast, a dry apple, juice & coffee. We had to leave1,000 pesos in cash with receptionist “in case of incidentals” which was returned at checkout. This rule was never indicated on my reservation.

It was nice as a short term stay
The hotel was central for that part of Puerto Vallarta. Not mt favourite area but fine for a few days. Good restaurants are found on adjacent streets plus many places for great massages. The roof top pool was what drew me to the place. It was lovely. Small but warm.
The whole hotel was populated with long term stays. They seem to "own the place". Short term stays were told by others where sit and what not to do in pool area. They were so territorial with the space it was not right or comfortable. One resident did apologize on behalf of rest when i brought it to their attention.

Mar Elena
Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Close to airport. Close to supermarket. Delicious Coffee shop right next door. Nice pool. Outside shower in the pool area.
When I arrived they asked $1000 MX as a security deposit but accepted only cash. That was half of my allowance for my 4 day trip so I had to withdraw cash and exchange it again. Left with $1000MX back home because I didn’t have time to exchange it back. I really missed a fridge. It was so hot and I couldn’t keep any fruit nor fresh food in my room without going bad so usually had to go to supermarket every day and buy just what I ate that day. Shower head and water pressure was pitiful and the drain in the shower was clogged so I was standing in the water. Room floors, specially bathroom wasn’t very clean. I did wipe the surfaces with antibacterial wipes.
